25/5T X 18.24M Span crane is required i.e. With Main hook having slow spped for heavier load and Auxiliary hook with high speed for lighter load.

Solution –

We introduced special arrangement (REVA CRANE BRAIN) with VFD& by which speed increased by 2 times in unloaded condition for all motions
Operating cycle time reduced upto 40% & productivity by more than 2 times.
Auxiliary Hoist omitted & cost reduced by 15% of the equipment.
Crab size reduced by omitting auxiliary hoisting machinery & work space increased by reduced hook approaches reduced through out the complete bay length.
