Crane Trouble Shoot Electrical Problems

The main issues of non-operations of EOT Cranes are the electrical problems. Finding the Electrical Faults could be tricky and could take time as the electrics are the nerves of the cranes and any damage anywhere could cause breakdown of a crane. The following are the steps to trouble shoot

Understand the Problem : clearly understand the problem, check if the VVVF Drive is giving any alarms. Knowing the proper problem can help in getting the solution faster.
Check Power supply : check the main power supply from the switch board is correct or not, it is within voltage range.
Control Panel Examination : check the control panel for any loose connections, wiring problem etc.
