Available Customization

Customizations in aspects of speed, lift ranges and space is what makes us special.

Speed & LIfe Ranges

Hoisting Speed ranges available from 1.6mpm till 15mpm. Other speeds can also be designed on special requests
Slew speeds could be manual, geared, or from 0.1rpm till 1rpm can be opted.
Lift ranges already designed and delivered from 4m till 115M. Above 115M can also be designed in case required.

Pillar Height & Rotation

The pillar height from 3m till 10m can be provided. Slew rotation can be chosen from 180 degrees to 360 Degrees.

Additional Customisations

Frequency Drive for stepless hoisting and slew motions can be provided as addition. 
IP55 motors, electrical panel and canopies are provided for outdoor duty as a standard.
Radio remote feature can be provided in case required.
These can be mounted on civil structures or welded onto the steel structures.

The cranes operate at lower height than the overhead crane with a lift in the range of 3 to 5 meters. The lifting capacity could be in the range of .5 Tonnes to 10 Tonnes (Higher lifts or capacities can also be supplied).

The jib cranes are very versatile in handling materials to and from machining bays, small part assembly shops, hammer/press shops and repair bays etc. Compared to overhead cranes, which are meant for handling heavier and bulky materials, the jib cranes are very useful for faster operation.

They can be hand operated also but, electrically operated cranes with electric wire rope hoists, are the order of the day for increasing the production.

Jib cranes require lesser investment than overhead cranes.The capital cost aside, the running and maintenance costs are much less as the jib crane parameters can be optimised as per job requirements.

REVA is also manufacturing other version of jib cranes called Pillar cranes where materials are handled within a circle. The rotation on the pillar is usually up to 270 degrees but 360 degrees rotation could be provided.
