Introducing Reva Beam Rotator
USE :
- The long girders, beams or other asymmetric pieces can be lifted and rotated.
- Suitable for welding lines. or individual welding on long beams.
- Avoids use of overhead cranes, there by increasing overall efficiency of the plant
- Allows welder to quickly and securely turn the work piece.
- Height adjustment of the work piece according to workers desire/comfort. Specifications:
a) Available from 2T till 30T
b) Length can be adjusted by keeping the two separate coloumns near or apart.
c) Rotation speed customizable recommended 3 rpm
Insist your crane vendor to provide you with the 8 wheel configuration crane, which will have more
contacts on the gantry girder and hence the size of the gantry girders will reduce.
